The Palms features 243 spacious guest rooms on 11 floors, boasting impressive views of the ocean, the hotels’ lush tropical gardens or the Miami Beach cityscape. Updated in 2007, these stylish rooms include two one-bedroom oceanfront suites and two 2-bedroom penthouse suites with large rooftop terraces. Oceanfront rooms have floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows overlooking the tropical gardens and the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

Cityview rooms have a direct view overlooking the ever-popular Miami Beach cityscape. Each of the 152 rooms features either, one king-size bed, one queen-size bed or two double beds.

Oceanfront rooms offer stunning floor-to-ceiling panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and/or the hotel’s tropical gardens. The seventy rooms come with either a one king-size bed or two double beds.

Junior Suites are essentially oversized oceanfront rooms, boasting breathtaking views of the ocean, beach and our spectacular pool area, which in addition to a king-size bed feature a double sleeper sofa.

Our spacious One-Bedroom Suites offer floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows with views of the breathtaking ocean, beach and our spectacular pool from both the bedroom and living area. The bedroom features one king-size bed and the living room has a double sleeper sofa.

The finest and most spacious of our accommodations are its two Penthouse Suites, each crowned by its own private 500 square foot rooftop terrace overlooking the property’s lush tropical gardens and the ocean beyond.
