Our new culinary concept to Miami Beach, Essensia restaurant and lounge embodies the simplicity and elegance of natural gourmet dining at The Palms Hotel & Spa.  Under the direction of our new Executive Chef Frank Jeannetti, Essensia features worldly fare in a vibrant and sophisticated style. With an established career launching some of South Florida’s most successful dining establishments and a long track record creating exceptional green and organic dishes, Jeannetti’s new menus at Essensia and throughout the hotel’s food and beverage outlets emphasize flavor and simplicity by blending local, seasonal, and organic ingredients from local purveyors to create what has been coined as “the pure essence of taste”. 






Jeannetti’s Indulgent Journeys: Culinary Creations From Farm to Table

These four-course specialty menus, available exclusively on Fridays and Saturdays, are an ode to the restaurant’s dedication to utilizing local, organic, sustainable and seasonal ingredients, whenever possible. Executive Chef Frank Jeannetti, after consulting with his local, specialty sources will develop a new “out-of-the-box” prix-fixe menu to be available for the next two weekends.  Items presented in these four-course menus are not on the restaurant’s regular menus, making them a real treat for Jeannetti to experiment and guests to enjoy.

(Upgrade includes 2 glasses of fine wine carefully paired with each week’s menu. Wines will come from the restaurant’s 100% sustainable, organic and biodynamic wine list, and are not typically available by the glass.) 

Ten percent of all revenue from Jeannetti’s Journeys will go to the Common Threads charity in Miami.  Common Threads is a national not-for-profit after-school program that teaches low-income children ages 8-12, to cook wholesome and affordable meals because they believe that through hands-on cooking classes they can help prevent childhood obesity and reverse the trend of generations of non-cookers, while celebrating our cultural differences and the things people all over the world have in common.  For more information, please visit www.commonthreads.org.
