I must tell you that I feel that everything was wonderful!! Everyone has given us excellent compliments about the service, the food and the hotel. I must also say that the service that was provided to us during the day and into the night was spectacular. I have no complaints what so ever. Thank you so very much for all the hard work and time dedicate to us on our special day!! I wish I can do it all over again!! :)

I wanted to thank you so much for all you did at our wedding.  It was perfect, everything I wanted.  Everyone  had such a great time and was so impressed by your staff and the hotel.  The florist, Petunia and the dj photographer from Elegant occasions were phenominal, my pictures are incredible and they were so efficient and easy to work with so kudos on your vendor recommendations. Thanks again, I will never forget our wedding and how special you made it for us:-)

We are so thankful that we chose the Palms as our venue for our wedding day. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was beautiful, and it was obvious that you and your team were there for us every step of the way. Words cannot express how grateful we are that you and your team made all our wedding dreams come true. Also, we have to say that your banquet manager, Juan Carlos was absolutely amazing. He shadowed us throughout the night, took great care of us, and made sure that every detail was looked after. We had such great talent and attention to our wedding, it is no wonder that we are still hearing how beautiful everything turned out. People are still talking about the hotel!! I am sure there will be many who will try to top our wedding, but it will be extremely hard to do thanks to all of your efforts.

Thanks again for your kindness, your generosity, and your excellent professionalism. We give our highest recommendation to the Palms Hotel and will forever be grateful.

Macy's Event - April 2010
I can't thank you and your team enough for the "above and beyond" treatment we received yesterday at our event.  

The tablecloths were very elegant and looks great with the centerpiece.  
Everyone from you, Alba, Juan Carlos, and the rest of the staff really exceeded our expectations. I think we may have found our "new home" to host our future events. Please thank everyone who was involved.

Words cannot express how happy I was with how everything went. You, Paul, and Juan Carlos exceeded all my expectations. Everything went so smoothly. My mom even made a comment about wanting to take Paul and Juan Carlos home (which led to a look from my dad). HAHA...But everyone, from the time that we checked in to the time that we checked out was amazing. I don't think I have ever stayed somewhere where every single person was nice. I greatly enjoyed every aspect of your hotel and hotel staff and cannot thank you enough. I am sure we will be seeing you again as I would like to return to your hotel maybe this summer so I can enjoy a little more.

Without your help, Sunday would have not been such a perfect day for us. We sincerely appreciate your kindness and the special attention you gave us. From the first moment you spoke to my mother to even your kind words today - you have truly been a blessing to my family. I woke up Monday morning with my cheeks sore from smiling all day on Sunday - so I know it was a PERFECT day!

I would also like to thank the staff at the Palms, each person we encountered went above and beyond from check-in to check-out. We did not have a single complaint.

My friends and family were all so pleased that they have already asked me to try to see if we can get a few rooms for memorial day weekend! They also want to come and enjoy the brunch on a regular basis.
