My new husband and I would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Without your help, Sunday would have not been such a perfect day for us. We sincerely appreciate your kindness and the special attention you gave us. From the first moment you spoke to my mother to even your kind words today - you have truly been a blessing to my family. I woke up Monday morning with my cheeks sore from smiling all day on Sunday - so I know it was a PERFECT day!

I would also like to thank the staff at the Palms, each person we encountered went above and beyond from check-in to check-out. We did not have a single complaint.

My friends and family were all so pleased that they have already asked me to try to see if we can get a few rooms for memorial day weekend! They also want to come and enjoy the brunch on a regular basis.

I know I will be seeing you again soon!

The people came from so many directions to be at the event. The event both intimate and at the same time grand. Thank you for working so well to understand our concept & make it work. We look forward to the next time we can meet at The Palms. Perhaps our only regret is that we only have but one more child to plan a marriage celebration for.

I find myself compelled to write a personal letter to express my immense gratitude for the terrific job done by The Palms Hotel team throughout the entire planning and execution of my wedding held on April 4, 2009.

I feel so fortunate that my husband and I had the opportunity to celebrate our marriage at such an incredible location where we, and our guests, were all treated like royalty….From the valets, to the front desk staff, waiters, management, banquet team, housekeeping and even grounds keepers, there was never a time when I was not greeted with a big smile and genuine concern for my needs while on property – a RARE treat in Miami Beach….The new landscaping is breathtaking, and the updates to the verandas, pool deck, patios and outdoor furniture are spectacular. I am so pleased to see a South Beach hotel marching to its own beat and creating a tropical paradise that so many guests anticipate enjoying when traveling to Miami.

The thoughtful mix of old-Florida charm and modern amenities/luxuries offered by The Palms puts the hotel in a league of its own. Congratulations to The Palms on a job very well done. My husband and I look forward to visiting on future anniversaries to relive the memory of an exceptional evening!

Berit, I cannot and do not know how to begin expressing my gratitude for everything everybody at The Palms did for us the day of the wedding. Paul and Juan Carlos were incredible! And YOU! I could have never enjoyed the day of the wedding if I didn’t know, and trust I was in such good hands.

From the endless emails we exchanged throughout the year preparing for the wedding, to the little last minute details you arranged. I am overwhelmed with gratitude. You are an extraordinary professional! Your charisma is beyond, and I truly wish you the best.

I wanted to take a second to really THANK YOU for everything you did for me and my wife!!!! You pulled everything together and made our 1st anniversary better than perfect. I really have to also thank everyone at the Palms for making this night so very special for us. Shanna was totally surprised by every little detail and it made me so very happy to see it all come together.

The food was amazing, Clifton was fantastic, Jenni was super accommodating, and you can even take credit for the perfect weather!! Having our wedding and 1st anniversary at the Palms was the best decision ever!! Please make sure you pass our appreciation to everyone involved. We hope to be back soon.
