What a fabulous team heading up Essensia restaurant, I always say it’s not just the food, it’s the service, the ambience, the personalities that make your eating experience so special. I went with a photographer and blogger friend, Brenda who’s also a Wok Star and brought my sister and her husband escaping from the depth of winter in North Carolina.
