The Palms Hotel & Spa has created a distinctive place to convene in one of America’s most beautiful and vibrant cities, Miami Beach. Located directly on the beach and just twelve miles from the airport, these Miami meeting rooms are located near the Miami Beach Convention Center, scenic Ocean Drive, and trendy Lincoln Road.
Each of our meeting rooms incorporates all the technical, size and height requirements necessary for staging events of all types. Plus, we offer a range of distinguished business services including a 24-hour business center, high-speed wireless internet access, video conferencing capability, audiovisual equipment rental, event production coordination, customized menu planning, and destination management services. Below is a brief overview of our indoors meeting spaces:
Royal Palm Room
Our largest meeting room offers a total of 2,650 sf with a capacity of 120 guests classroom style. The room features large windows, a high ceiling and mirrors give the room a light and airy feel so important for conferences and meetings. It also has a state-of-the-art integrated AV System with adjustable lighting, appropriate acoustics and two screens. As well as individual climate and lighting controls, Clear Air Meeting freshener and wireless internet access.
Queen Palm Room
Our second largest meeting room features French doors with direct access to the Lobby, Veranda Terrace and our gardens as well as floor to ceiling windows with black-out curtains for AV presentations. It also features a state-of-the-art integrated AV System with touch-screen controls to all your presentation needs including a screen, LED projector and sound system. With 1,720 sq. feet it can accommodate 70 guests classroom style or 30 guests U-Shape style.
Princess Palm Room
Located adjacent to the Royal Palm room, the Princess Palm room features a high ceiling, large windows and much natural light, which can be dimmed through blinds, as well as wireless internet access, house phones and plenty of power outlets. With 400 sf it can accommodate 30 guests theatre-style, 20 guests classroom style or 15 guests U-Shape style.
Lower Lobby / Spa Level
Kentia Palm 1 & 11
These flexible rooms combine to create our third largest meeting space with 980 sf. The room features abundant natural daylight through large windows, which can be dimmed through blinds, and accommodates 70 guests theatre style or 36 guests hollow square style.
This bright room is located on the Spa Level and features large windows with plenty of natural light, which can be dimmed through blinds. At 784 sq. feet it accommodates 75 guests Theater, 35 guests Classroom and 24 guests Crescent Round Style.
This room is ideal for small board meetings, break-outs or an office with 420 sq. feet and space for up to 40 guests theater and 15 guests U-Shape Style.
This room is ideal as a production office or a break-out room, featuring 400 sf of meeting space for 40 guests theater style and 20 guests conference style.
Our smallest meeting room on the Spa Level still comprises 252 sq. feet and has space for up to 15 guests Theatre and 15 guests Conference Style yet is probably best used for intimate meetings or as an office.
Our newest outdoor event space is located directly behind the South Lawn and is 2269 sq. feet and has space for up to 158 Theater, 200 reception, 114 Banquet and 60 Classroom style.
This wonderful garden setting with possible additional use of the Tiki huts and cabanas will provide for a balmy and tropical Miami Beach event. For an al-fresco dinner reception under the stars it can accommodate up to 150 guests and for a cocktail reception up to 250 guests.
