Namaste in Nature
Namaste in Nature Awaken to a new day amidst lush tropical gardens with an energizing Vinyasa yoga session for all levels lead by one of our locally well-known and much loved yogis Amy Dannheim, Sara Quiriconi, Carley Siedlecki or Hilary Packin.
Classes are Sundays 9:30 -10:30am.
Admission: $10 per hotel guest.
Monthly complimentary running workshops amidst tropical nature, exploring various aspects of running including stretching, form, strength, mindfulness and the pure enjoyment of running by the ocean. Led by local running & fitness experts and topped-off by all-natural tasters from Essensia Restaurant. Meeting point is the hotel's garden.

Available exclusively to hotel and spa guests, our fitness room features Precor strength-training equipment, Precor treadmills and stationary bike, and Matrix elliptical cross trainers™ with Cardio Theater personal TV viewing screens along with free weights. Located on the Spa Level, this facility is included in our daily hotel fee. Please note that children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the gym and that gym clothes and workout shoes are required. Please use your guestroom key to gain access to the fitness center. Open daily, 24 hours.
