Beautiful and exceptionalAbsolutely beautiful property and location. The staff was exceptional. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Everything from the beach, the pool, the tiki bar, the restaurant, and the staff…I have zero complaints. Valet parking was easy and convenient and took the stress out of finding parking. Reliable and friendly haven of respiteThis was our third and best visit to The Palms. Having not had a real sunny climate winter break in five years, we were hopeful that returning to The Palms would be a good choice. We were not disappointed. The hotel, in a good way, was as we remembered it. The combination of lodging, food and social hour service, beach conditions and care, access to the Beachwalk recreation promenade, and conscientious staff made for a winning week.
