Great price for what you get.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a little getaway weekend and it was simply delightful! The staff was friendly, especially the ones in the restaurant and the pool. We loved our king room and slept so well, with no noise. Their beach location was perfect for access to the beach walk and ocean. Their breakfast and lunch were great and everything was so fresh. Could have stayed there longer and can't wait to come back! Great price for what you get. - Chloe

Incredible location & zen experience

The Palms exceeded my expectations! It was perfectly located to the beach, had great views of the ocean from my room, clean, and every single staff member was exceptionally polite and helpful. The rooms are beautiful.

Traveled to Miami for a mother / daughter weekend. We wanted to be north of the busy south beach area for a more serene experience. This hotel did not disappoint. We arrived several hours before check-in, but they were quick to store our luggage and advise that we had access to entire hotel amenities including the pool and beach. The hotel is beautifully decorated and smells so amazing. The rooms are beautiful. I like the security that is in place. You need your key to get up to the floor your room is on. The staff is top notch. Very professional but approachable and friendly. We had drinks and food at the poolside tiki bar. All was delicious. There were actually 2 weddings that occurred during our stay, but it did not deter from any of our activities. This is where I will be staying in the future. Highly recommended. - Donna U

Perfect beach vacation!

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful time. The hotel's location is great: it has direct beach access and is close to other restaurants and stores. The whole hotel always smells great, staff is available to assist you at any point with anything and make you feel very welcomed. Our room had a direct ocean view which was perfect. The rooms are cleaned very well so is the pool area. Always enough beds and room to rest by the pool. We had a lovely time! - Bar B

Island Vibes!

The Hubs and I wanted..well, really needed a trip and Miami, was/is always a good time for us. We met in MIA! Anywhoo, to celebrate our anniversary, we decided to stay at Palms and soooo glad we did! We had a late arriving flight and not only was the front desk accommodating, our room was ready and (upgraded) with a bottle of champagne and glasses waiting for us. From the lobby to the pool area and beach, we felt like we were on a carribean island. Even when we advised concierge of the construction noise heard from our room and then the elevator on the upper floors out of service, management ( Thank you for calling and following up) was extremely accommodating. We both forgot our slippers and loved that there were slippers and robes in the room. They usually are in hotels we stay in BUT extra glad when you need them. Super PRO: When you pick up your towel to enjoy the pool or beach, there is also Fruit infused water, sunscreen and/or....Aloe! There is also homemade Gelato you can purchase. Kudos! Beautiful wedding venue as well. We saw about three brides!!! Just Beautiful!! I/We will come back again and again! - Kawanda S

Beautiful Hotel and Excellent Service

Miami, in relaxing style.

To have such a wonderful escape right on the beach in Miami was perfect for what my wife and I needed. The atmosphere is very Hawaiian through the decor and the environment inside and out. The staff was impeccable, always greeting you and making sure you have everything you need. The breakfast is can't miss. The pool is perfect for relaxing and the beach is terrific, connected by a wonderful garden. It allows you to relax, get away and recharge. If we get back to Miami, we're coming back. - Christian P
