Excellent Miami Beach hotel

The rooms were comfortable and quiet. I appreciated the large lobby (indoor and outdoor) with plenty of quiet areas for working and collaborating. The pool area is also large with plenty of lounge chairs. The yoga shala was nice and we had a lovely class. Overall great stay! - 299christiem

Why choose another hotel in a perfect spot on Miami Beach.

Every staff member is welcoming. The spaces at The Palms are gorgeous yet comfortable. Pool area with its garden walk are lovely. The beach is accessible from the pool. Its restaurant, Essensia is wonderful. - Lisa S.

Fantastic getaway!

The entire visit at The Palms was Fantastic! The Hotel & Spa was exactly what we were looking for while celebrating our 25th Anniversary. The staff was professional and attentive the whole visit. The Spa was exactly what we needed... we had two Couple Massages (one inside and the other was in the outdoor cabana) and the Steam Room after was great. The lounge had Jazz on Thursday and the Trio was awesome, the breakfast buffet, Shrimp Ceviche & Burger we had on the beach, and the dinners that ordered and took back to the room were All Delicious! The hotel was very clean, the beach and pool attendants made each visit special. We really enjoyed walking on the boardwalk every morning. "Miami Baby" - Kenna A

Propriedade e localização absolutamente lindas. A equipe foi excepcional. Meu marido e eu adoramos nossa estadia. Tudo, desde a praia, a piscina, o tiki bar, o restaurante e a equipe... não tenho nenhuma reclamação. O estacionamento com manobrista foi fácil e conveniente e eliminou o estresse de encontrar estacionamento. Tínhamos nosso carro em 10 minutos ou menos depois de enviar uma mensagem ao manobrista.

A wonderful stay at The Palms Hotel & Spa, Miami

This was my second stay at The Palms Hotel & Spa, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. From arrival to departure, everything feels calm, elegant, and thoughtfully done — a true oasis in Miami. The food remains a highlight. Breakfast was excellent, with a first-class omelette cooked to perfection and an incredibly creative food selection that felt fresh, high-quality, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is relaxed yet refined, the staff are attentive without being intrusive, and the overall experience feels effortlessly luxurious. Absolute gem in South Beach, Miami!

Palm trees literally everywhere and truly feels like you have arrived in the sunny state. All the staff are super attentive at all times and make you feel like family. We come to Miami a few times a year and I have ventured to other hotels but none of them amount to what The Palms & Spa overall offers. Easy in-and-out, kid friendly, great pool vibes, and beach front access with endless food/drink service. Oh and did I mention the gelato cart next to the pool servicing gelato all day (for a small $). Yes please! - Fabiola D.

Excellent choice for a luxury hotel in Miami Beach.

The palms is a great hotel all around. It is a beautiful hotel, it is technologically current, which enhances the ease of use of the rooms and services. It has beautiful grounds and foliage creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The service is impeccable throughout the entire grounds, the staff is very helpful and pleasant, and gives over the vibe of being happy to serve you. Specifically Dennis at the check in desk was so friendly, kind, easy to interact with and helpful, and he enhanced my check in process. I appreciated his thoroughness. Melinda at check out was great too, also kind, sweet, easy and helpful. I highly recommend The Palms to anyone looking for a luxury infused getaway. It met all my getaway/relaxation needs. O quarto com vista para o mar no The Palms Hotel & Spa pode não ser muito grande, mas ainda assim proporcionou uma experiência absolutamente especial! Graças às amplas janelas panorâmicas, o espaço parecia muito mais aberto, e a vista deslumbrante para o mar me fez esquecer o tamanho do quarto.
A decoração era moderna, de bom gosto e incrivelmente confortável. A cama era macia e relaxante, e os tons elegantes e naturais criavam uma atmosfera calma à beira-mar. Cada pequeno detalhe - desde a roupa de cama de alta qualidade até o ar-condicionado funcionando perfeitamente e a limpeza impecável - deixou claro que o hotel prioriza o conforto dos hóspedes.
A equipe foi impecável, sempre gentil e atenciosa, garantindo que nossa estadia fosse perfeita. A localização direta do hotel à beira-mar foi uma grande vantagem: apenas alguns passos e eu estava caminhando na areia macia ou relaxando em uma espreguiçadeira sob as palmeiras.
O café da manhã era fantástico, oferecendo uma ampla seleção de ingredientes frescos - as frutas tropicais e os doces caseiros eram particularmente memoráveis.
Em geral, embora o quarto seja menor, a vista deslumbrante, o conforto e o excelente serviço fazem dele uma opção fantástica em Miami Beach. Se estiver procurando um refúgio aconchegante, porém luxuoso, com uma incrível vista para o mar, o The Palms Hotel & Spa é o lugar perfeito!
