Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s room rate plus tax is charged at the time of booking. Cancellations made 21 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit the one-night deposit; cancellations made within 21 days of arrival, including no-shows or early departures, will be charged the full stay. The credit card holder must be present at check-in, except for prepaid reservations. The minimum age for check-in is 21 years old. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM EST.

Fantastic getaway!The entire visit at The Palms was Fantastic! The Hotel & Spa was exactly what we were looking for while celebrating our 25th Anniversary. The staff was professional and attentive the whole visit. The Spa was exactly what we needed... we had two Couple Massages (one inside and the other was in the outdoor cabana) and the Steam Room after was great. The lounge had Jazz on Thursday and the Trio was awesome, the breakfast buffet, Shrimp Ceviche & Burger we had on the beach, and the dinners that ordered and took back to the room were All Delicious! Great price for what you get.My boyfriend and I stayed here for a little getaway weekend and it was simply delightful! The staff was friendly, especially the ones in the restaurant and the pool. We loved our king room and slept so well, with no noise. Their beach location was perfect for access to the beach walk and ocean. Their breakfast and lunch were great and everything was so fresh. Excellent Miami Beach hotelThe rooms were comfortable and quiet. I appreciated the large lobby (indoor and outdoor) with plenty of quiet areas for working and collaborating. Absolute gem in South Beach, Miami!Palm trees literally everywhere and truly feels like you have arrived in the sunny state. All the staff are super attentive at all times and make you feel like family. We come to Miami a few times a year and I have ventured to other hotels but none of them amount to what The Palms & Spa overall offers. Easy in-and-out, kid friendly, great pool vibes, and beach front access with endless food/drink service. Excellent choice for a luxury hotel in Miami Beach.The palms is a great hotel all around. It is a beautiful hotel, it is technologically current, which enhances the ease of use of the rooms and services. It has beautiful grounds and foliage creating a very relaxing atmosphere.
